The infrastructure facilities for the Health Program such as hospitals, clinics, medical warehouse, and medical equipment for the relevant projects are very important to provide effective health services to all citizens. According to the Strategic Development Plan of Timor‐Leste, the goal by 2030 is to have healthier population because of comprehensive, high‐quality health services accessible to all Timorese people6. From 2022, the Health Program under the new arrangement of the IF Portfolio remains the same.

Currently, there are 17 projects under the Health Program, including:

• 5 ongoing projects;

• 4 contracts from 2021/2022;

• 8 projects under preparation.
